In order for a Resource to be assigned, it
- Must be a Mackin-hosted title
- Subscription items must be current when the assignment begins
- Cannot be a 26-checkout title
- Must be deemed eligible by purchasing account. (For example, a consortium may not want materials they purchased to be assigned to ensure they are always circulating. If this decision is made, all resources purchased on that account are ineligible. This cannot be controlled on the title level or order level.)
- Does NOT need to be active
