To only show titles written in English, you will need to adjust your Search Page Preferences.
Log into Mackin.com and navigate to My Mackin > My Profile.
Check the box next to “Don’t show Foreign Language” and click “Save Changes.” See Customize Search Results for more information.
If you don’t mind retrieving foreign language titles in your search results, but you also want to distinguish between titles written in English and titles written in a different language, make sure that you choose to display the “Language” column in both your search results and list view. The “Language” column will be blank if a title is written in English. See Display More Item Information for details.
NOTE: When ordering manga (Japanese comics) or anime (Japanese animation), keep the desired language in mind. Without choosing the option to never view foreign language titles, when you do a search for manga or anime, the Japanese editions MAY appear first in your search results. For example, a “Title Begins With” search for the popular manga series “Naruto” returns a list of Japanese titles on Page 1 (see image below). If you prefer the English translations to the original Japanese, please make sure you are not selecting items that read “(JAPANESE)” or “JAP/GRAPHIC NOVEL” in the Title column. To confirm that a title is written in English, please display the “Language” column in your search results. See Display More Item Information for details. The “Language” column will be blank if a title is written in English.
